Your responsibilities will encompass planning, designing, and overseeing all facets of project delivery, ensuring our clients receive exceptional value through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of client requirements and challenges, ensuring successful implementation of Everest technology.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions to accurately assess clients' ERP needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure that implementation configurations align with operational best practices and can scale with client growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients through direct interactions, workshops, and ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales and product management, to ensure seamless solution design and implementation.
  • Develop a streamlined methodology for delivering Everest technology efficiently, minimizing implementation overhead.
  • Train and mentor clients on ERP systems and lead user acceptance testing sessions.
  • Manage project risks and devise contingency plans as necessary.
  • Implement post go-live configuration adjustments as required.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on ERP experience, including at least 3 years of full-cycle ERP implementation with systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Experience in corporate accounting or finance is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementations for clients utilizing subscription or consumption models in the SaaS/Software sector.
  • A passion for emerging technologies and their transformative potential.
  • Ability to thrive in a globally distributed team environment through self-motivation and discipline.

Compensation:
Compensation for this role is determined based on various factors, including individual skills, experience, and organizational needs. The estimated base compensation for this position is up to $200K, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
