Job Summary

This role involves overseeing daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and managing a team to ensure high standards of service and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and leading by example
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment
  • Managing daily operations, including coordinating store production and staff scheduling
  • Leading, managing, and supervising employees to enhance performance and employee satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

While completing the L2L training program, Waterway Managers have a variety of responsibilities running the store:

  • Provide excellent customer service: greet customers positively, identify needs, and sell car wash services, memberships, and other services
  • Identify, address, and correct any customer concern or dissatisfaction
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer
  • Manage daily operations: coordinate daily store production through planning and execution, staff store based on forecasted business needs, and adjust in response to changes in demand
  • Complete all required administrative tasks punctually and accurately
  • Respond to and effectively resolve customer and employee concerns and issues
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Associate's degree or above (or current college senior) or at least 2 years' experience in supervisory or management roles, preferably in retail or hospitality settings
  • Available to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours, including weekend and holidays)
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship now or in the future
