No experience is necessary for this role. Our Learn to Lead
Manager Development Program will teach you everything you need to know to run one of our car wash locations successfully. This comprehensive program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to manage daily operations, lead and manage teams, and provide exceptional customer service.

We're looking for energetic leaders who are passionate about management and business operations. As a Lead Carwash Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, make decisions that impact the business, and contribute to the growth and success of Waterway Carwash.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  • Lead and develop team members, providing coaching and training to enhance performance and employee satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as payroll, accounts payable, and reporting
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve business objectives and resolve issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality setting, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
