We are seeking a highly motivated Pool Operations Manager to join our team at Midwest Pool Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Risk Management: Promote a safe and healthy environment for pool patrons by identifying potential hazards and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train lifeguards, facility managers, and other staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and respond to emergency situations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of pool equipment, facilities, and grounds to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Scheduling and Staffing: Schedule staff to meet the needs of our facilities, including weekends, holidays, and peak season periods.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to pool patrons, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, hospitality) preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing position, preferably in the aquatic industry.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Current CPR/AED, first aid, and lifeguard certifications required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
