Job Title: Business Development Specialist

**Company Overview:** World CopperSmith Inc. is a leading e-commerce platform serving interior designers, contractors, architects, and homeowners. Our primary product groups include range hoods, sinks, tables, bathtubs, and fire pits.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and location.

**Job Description:** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive growth by engaging with past and prospective B2B clients, introducing our premium products and services, and fostering strong, long-term relationships.

**Responsibilities:*** Identify and engage new prospective B2B clients across key industries such as hospitality, commercial spaces, and design firms to introduce them to our offerings.* Develop a deep understanding of our custom metalwork solutions to effectively communicate value to clients.* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.* Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers in key B2B accounts to establish us as their preferred partner for custom metalwork solutions.* Provide regular updates to the leadership team on outreach activities, client feedback, and opportunities for product or service improvements.* Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align client needs with company offerings.

**Qualifications:*** Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
