Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year in year one, increasing to $55,833 in year two, and $61,167 in year three. In addition to a generous compensation package, our benefits include:

Job Description

">

The Car Wash Operations Manager will be responsible for:

">
  • ">
  • Providing excellent customer service: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, positively and enthusiastically greeting customers, identifying needs, and selling car wash services, memberships, and other services.">
  • Managing daily operations: Coordinate daily store production through planning and execution, staff store based on forecasted business needs, adjust in response to changes in demand, ensure store is opened and staffed correctly, and maintain high service standards.">
  • Leading and managing employees: Provide daily direction and coaching to employees to enhance performance and employee satisfaction, coach, mentor, and develop employees, create and maintain a positive, professional, and safe work environment.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you must have:

">
  • ">
  • A current and valid driver's license">
  • An associate's degree or above (or a current college senior) OR at least 2 years' experience in supervisory or management, professional sales, or military leadership">
  • Available to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours, including weekend and holidays)">
  • At least 16 years of age">
  • Authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship now or in the future">

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

  • ">
  • Work outdoors year-round">
  • Be exposed to wide temperature variations, sunshine, wet weather, humidity, wet surfaces, gasoline, and exhaust fumes">
  • Stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, drive vehicles, reach above and below shoulder level, complete tasks at a fast pace, sustain consistent physical effort, sustain continuous and prolonged standing and movement">
  • Maintain a calm and professional disposition in all circumstances">
