YOUR ROLE:


As a Customer Support Engineer II, you will excel in establishing strong communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Your background in technical systems, along with your knowledge of products such as large servers and imaging software, will be invaluable in this role.

You will engage in a variety of advanced procedures and tasks, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail while addressing uncommon challenges and knowing when to seek assistance.

Moreover, your manual skills will be essential in resolving technical issues, contributing to our mission of enhancing lives globally through over 550 million transactions each day.

Our clientele includes restaurants, retail outlets, banks, and airports, all relying on us for comprehensive software, hardware, and service solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


Manage the servicing of electromechanical equipment, such as self-checkout systems, within your designated territory, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

You will oversee hardware maintenance, installation, network management, and software support.


Utilize your manual skills on a range of products, including peripherals, large system printers, enterprise-level servers, and communication equipment.

This includes working with various network types and systems.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, adhering to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). When challenges arise, you will either resolve them directly or collaborate with the appropriate team members.

Conduct routine maintenance and system overhauls, proactively identifying preventative measures to mitigate technical issues before they occur.


Document customer interactions to facilitate invoicing and ensure ongoing communication for optimal service delivery.


YOUR PROFILE:


You are recognized as an exceptional communicator, dedicated to fulfilling customer needs and ensuring high-quality service.

Your attention to detail in record-keeping is crucial, as you will log all customer interactions and track service-related expenses.

Seeking a challenging yet rewarding role, you thrive on responsibility and excel in managing network issues, configurations, security, and remote access.


QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent (an Associate's Degree is preferred).

Up to three years of relevant experience (more is advantageous).

A+ Certification, PC skills, basic electronic knowledge, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.

Understanding of systems architecture, database management, and network management systems.

A positive attitude and remarkable flexibility, willing to work nights, weekends, and be on call to ensure customer satisfaction.

Physical capability to travel, lift tools and parts weighing up to 50 lbs., and perform various physical tasks.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$46,000 - $69,600.00
