Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Engagement Coordinator to collaborate closely with the Client Engagement Managers and the Director of Client Engagement, along with the wider marketing and client development team. This role involves a diverse range of activities aimed at assisting our attorneys in managing and enhancing significant client relationships on a global scale.

This position is an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in a uniquely collaborative environment, working alongside a vibrant team within our global Marketing & Business Development division and closely coordinating with our Diversity & Inclusion team to support the firm's strategic marketing and D&I initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate essential client relationship meetings, generate strategic summaries, and assist in analyses and reporting.
  • Work in conjunction with other Marketing and Business Development team members to ensure unified approaches to major clients aligned with key firm initiatives.
  • Support follow-up actions from significant internal and external relationship management meetings.
  • Prepare client presentation materials, including responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Maintain relationship management plans and strategy documents on the Intranet and within the firm's document management system.
  • Gather client contact information and assist in data upkeep within the InterAction system, producing various client contact reports.
  • Facilitate outreach and follow-up with Relationship Managers regarding important client events and seminars.
  • Develop and sustain various relationship management toolkit documents, including presentation slides, and manage information on RM portal pages.
  • Track client feedback interviews, maintain the relationship management meeting schedule, and provide quarterly and annual reports and analyses.
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary to complete projects and assignments.
  • Ensure punctual and consistent attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in professional services, particularly in marketing or a related field, is preferred. A proven track record in marketing, sales, or professional services is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a law firm setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with InterAction or other CRM systems is a plus.
