TDI, a leading advisory and risk intelligence firm, is actively seeking a dedicated Client Manager specializing in Risk and Compliance. This role is pivotal in fostering and managing client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.

The Client Manager will play a crucial role in supporting various client-related activities, including initial business development discussions, responding to requests for proposals, assisting in project management, and conducting evaluations after engagements. These responsibilities are designed to align with the strategic and operational goals of the firm's investigative due diligence and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sustainable business relationships; identify opportunities for re-selling and cross-selling within the existing client base.
  • Deliver clear and effective presentations, advising clients on potential risk factors.
  • Communicate confidently and accurately about the firm's history, values, and methodologies.
  • Act as a central point for coordination and collaboration among teams.
  • Support the preparation of ad hoc proposals, including formal procurement requests.
  • Monitor and communicate market trends that may impact clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive information in compliance with established Information Management System policies and report any security incidents promptly.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills in English.
  • Ability to succinctly summarize complex issues both verbally and in writing.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in assessing corporate compliance and regulatory risks in global markets.
  • Strong client service orientation and focus.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks in high-pressure environments and under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, self-awareness, and project management capabilities.
  • Competence in reviewing and editing the work of colleagues.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in conducting investigations and writing due diligence reports or in management consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, business, or a related field.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Teams, Zoom, and CRM platforms.
