Position Overview:
The Customer Success Manager at Magic Inc. is a pivotal role designed to foster and maintain strong relationships with our clients. This position focuses on understanding client needs, addressing challenges, and ensuring satisfaction with our dedicated product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage client relationships with multiple assistants, ensuring that their core needs are understood and met.
2. Assess the capabilities of current assistants and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery with our dedicated solutions.
3. Build trust and impart product knowledge to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer relationship roles.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and retention goals.
- Experience working with B2B clients, particularly in the U.S. market.
- Familiarity with C-level interactions and proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot.
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
