About the Role:
Account Executive (Washington DC/Baltimore)
As a key member of our team at RecruiterBoom, your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate relationships with businesses and organizations that can benefit from our temporary staffing services.
You will spend most of your time researching potential clients by making introductory calls, visiting work sites, and delivering sales presentations.
You will work closely with your recruiting team to identify and coach the best candidates for each job opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet client needs
- Work closely with the recruiting team to identify and coach top candidates
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise discretion and judgment
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
