Position Overview / Responsibilities


Are you a motivated and seasoned sales professional eager to make a significant impact in the IT sector? Do you have a strong desire to support State and Local government agencies, educational institutions, and other public sector organizations? NFF is on the lookout for a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team and spearhead IT innovation in Maryland.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales growth and achieving long-term results by marketing enterprise-scale IT services and solutions to Maryland state and local government and educational institutions.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to penetrate new accounts, enhance existing relationships, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to craft and present competitive proposals and bids.
  • Building and nurturing strong C-Level relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and relaying customer and competitor insights to NFF leadership.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling Information Technology solutions and outsourced or managed consulting services.
  • A proven track record of sales success at the Executive level and establishing C-Level relationships.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed.

Highly Desirable:

  • Previous experience with a network and/or security solutions provider or manufacturer.
  • Demonstrated experience selling Cisco, NetApp, Dell, Splunk, or other industry products and solutions.
  • Experience working with Maryland SLED clients.
