Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a reliable collaborator for federal health and social services organizations, is on the lookout for an Account Manager with expertise in temporary staffing solutions. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Department of Veterans Affairs, overseeing a range of temporary staffing initiatives. The Account Manager will act as a bridge between the government and our operational team, which includes a broad network of partners. This role demands exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a sincere commitment to providing exceptional service. All candidates must be U.S. residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact between PFS, partner organizations, and government clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Oversee and monitor staff contractual obligations (attendance, timekeeping, invoicing, etc.) across various programs; devise and execute mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Establish and nurture robust, enduring client relationships.
- Anticipate and analyze key account metrics, delivering insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts and appointments concurrently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, ideally within the temporary staffing sector.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer-centric problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with federal government clients, particularly the VA.
- Background in Healthcare staffing.
- Familiarity with government contract stipulations.

Work location is flexible if approved by the company, except that the position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
