Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client financials and mentor a staff accountant.
  • Implement standard accounting policies and procedures.
  • Develop financial models and review financial results.

  • Prepare quarterly financial analyses for leadership review.
  • Oversee month-end reconciliations and account-closing processes.
Tax Management Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns efficiently.
  • Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities and advise clients on tax-planning strategies.
  • Stay informed about changes in tax laws and communicate implications to clients.
  • Respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather information and provide guidance in tax preparation.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong accounting and tax preparation skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with accounting technology and software.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
