This role involves providing essential administrative assistance and fostering positive interactions with clients, visitors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Support scheduling of appointments and coordination of meetings.
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Ensure the reception area is maintained in an orderly and welcoming manner.
  • Provide administrative assistance across various departments as required.
  • Facilitate data entry, filing, and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate the ordering and inventory of office supplies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Handle general office duties and support the administrative functions of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or a related field are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support position, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
