Job Summary:

ExpertHiring is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide support for our commercial real estate underwriters and attorneys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for commercial real estate underwriters and attorneys.
  • Prepare letters, FedEx labels, and other documents as needed.
  • Scan documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Interface with our real estate closing application to support the production and processing of transactions.
  • Coordinate with other projects as needed.

Requirements:
  • Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
  • Advanced word processing and computer skills are essential.
  • At least 35 years of secretarial or administrative support experience or an equivalent combination of advanced business school/secretarial training and job-related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
