Job Summary

We are seeking an associate with experience working on commercial and affordable housing real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in representing developers, landowners, and investors in commercial, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in commercial and affordable housing real estate transactions
  • Assist in the acquisition and disposition of real estate properties
  • Provide expertise in financing transactions, commercial leasing, and real estate development
  • Collaborate with attorneys in Nixon Peabody's Affordable Housing practice to provide solutions for clients
Requirements

We are looking for an associate with stellar academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex real estate and finance deals.

What We Offer

Nixon Peabody offers a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $275,000, depending on location. In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors.
