About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our clients national real estate practice. This role is based in Massachusetts, with opportunities to work on acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing transactions. You will collaborate with a team of experts representing Fortune 50 to 500 companies, institutional investors, and developers of office, retail, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing transactions for a wide range of commercial real estate clients.
  • Provide efficient legal services independently and as part of a team.
  • Assist clients with navigating complex transactions, ensuring they meet their goals and mitigate risks.
  • Review and comment on loan documents, leases, and purchase agreements as part of the full life-cycle of a transaction.
  • Deliver high-quality client service while ensuring attention to detail and a proactive approach to legal challenges.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
  • 3+ years of experience representing sophisticated owners and operators of commercial real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of loan documents, leases, and purchase agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and exercise attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and work independently as needed.
