Job Overview

Canon Recruiting Group is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our commercial real estate underwriters/attorneys. This role will involve a range of administrative tasks, including preparing letters, labels, and scanning documents, as well as interfacing with our real estate closing application to assist with production and processing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit documents, including letters and labels
  • Scan and organize documents
  • Interface with our real estate closing application to assist with transaction processing
  • Assist with multi-site commercial real estate closing transactions
  • May assist with coordinating other projects

Requirements:

  • Advanced word-processing and computer skills
  • 3-5 years of secretarial or administrative support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:

  • May be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Use of computers and technology
