  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
  • Bonus Eligibility: 5% of base salary.
  • Availability: Must be responsive outside of standard business hours, as needed.
  • Experience in parking management or hospitality is preferred, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in fast-paced service environments, focusing on client satisfaction and outstanding guest experiences.
  • Direct experience managing front-line staff is required.
  • Experience with budgeting and P&L management is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

The Valet Services Account Manager is responsible for curating an exceptional service experience for hotel guests and must lead with a team-oriented mindset. This role encompasses all aspects of coordination and administration at the location, collaborating with hotel staff to enhance guest and client satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Regional Hospitality Manager, you will play a vital role in the hotel's success.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Warmly welcome and greet all guests, using their names whenever possible.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests, team members, and clients.
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality services in an attentive and efficient manner.
  • Personalize guest interactions to foster strong relationships.
  • Effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Encourage a collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership and communication.
  • Clarify parking rates and retrieval processes to guests upon arrival.
  • Collaborate with hotel department heads to oversee daily operations.
  • Ensure adherence to established systems and standards through diligent management.
  • Exhibit detail-oriented leadership focused on achieving success.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate prompt parking and retrieval of vehicles for guests in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Manage shuttle schedules and maintenance tasks.
  • Promote safety practices and lead the team in maintaining a secure work environment.
  • Assess staffing needs and create weekly work schedules aligned with budgetary goals.
  • Oversee the hiring, development, and termination of staff as necessary.
  • Handle revenue collection and reconciliation.
  • Review client statements and analyze portfolio performance based on financial reports.
  • Participate in annual budgeting and performance evaluations for the location.
  • Assist in developing proposals for current and prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the location's portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Must be comfortable with various physical activities throughout the day.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is necessary, as driving is a key component of the role.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • A strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude are crucial.
  • Professional appearance and grooming are expected.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.
  • Experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
