We are currently seeking a dedicated Evening Hotel Parking Attendant to join our team, available for evening shifts that include both weekdays and weekends (Hours from 3pm to 11pm) at a prestigious hotel in a vibrant downtown area.


Position Highlights

  • Compensation: Earn between $18 - $25/hour, including a base hourly wage of $13 plus generous cash tips. Refer to our benefits package at the end of this posting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist guests, ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests, colleagues, and clients.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to.
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles promptly, navigating high-risk areas with care.
  • Assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and offer information about hotel amenities.
  • Facilitate guest transport via hotel shuttle services.
  • Clearly explain parking rates and retrieval processes to guests upon arrival.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring best practices in safety and security.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and be active throughout the shift.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination, as driving is a key component of the role.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Strong work ethic and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Professional appearance in accordance with uniform guidelines.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and willing to undergo background checks.
  • Familiarity with manual transmission is a plus, though not required upon hire.
  • Effective communication skills for interactions with guests and team members.
