We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our expansion efforts within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven history of success in the oil and gas engineering services markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth within the oil and gas industry.

- Maintain and grow a robust network of industry contacts to facilitate strategic alliances and business opportunities.
- Lead the sales team in devising and executing sales strategies that exceed revenue targets.

- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales and business development, particularly within the oil and gas industry and engineering services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of the oil and gas industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven capability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
- Expertise in strategic planning and execution.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and industry events.
