Your Role
  • Assist with oversight of the Front Office operations to lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and mentor a team of Front Desk Agents, Bell Staff, and Concierge to ensure seamless guest interactions.
  • Ensure proper training materials are in place and used by each department to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor room inventory, rate, and plan availability to maximize revenue and occupancy forecasting.
  • Lead by example to ensure all guest interactions are handled in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and taking sincere interest in guests' needs.
  • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
  • Help to resolve problems and recover when things aren't quite right, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to communicate and coordinate the day's activities.
  • Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
  • Provide support to Front Office staff during peak hours of business.
  • Oversee all areas of Front Office Operations while the Front Office Manager is not on property.
