Job Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive specializing in manufacturing solutions.

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will encompass customer relations, sales strategy, account oversight, business expansion, and wholesale operations.

Your daily activities will involve establishing and nurturing connections with clients, discovering new sales avenues, managing client accounts, and advocating for our NEVI-compliant EV charging infrastructure to OEMs, CPOs, and other pertinent organizations.

Qualifications

- Proven sales and interpersonal abilities

- Background in account management and business growth

- Comprehensive understanding of DC fast charging technology, including hardware and technical specifications

- Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Self-motivated with the capacity to initiate new projects independently

- In-depth knowledge of the electric vehicle industry and the DCFC fast charging sector

- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Formulate and implement a detailed business development strategy to identify and pursue new sales prospects for Build America, Buy America-compliant DC Fast chargers.


- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target markets, including electric vehicle manufacturers, fleet operators, property developers, utilities, and government entities.

- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and profitability objectives.

- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and supporting materials to demonstrate the value of our EV charging solutions.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activities, and market trends to guide strategic decisions and enhance business development initiatives.
