Sales Representative for EV Charging Solutions

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative for our EV Charging Solutions division. This full-time, on-site position is integral to our operations, focusing on customer engagement, sales strategy, account oversight, and business expansion.
Role Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a strategic approach to business development aimed at uncovering new sales avenues for our DC Fast Chargers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the electric vehicle sector, including manufacturers, fleet managers, property developers, and governmental bodies.
- Facilitate negotiations and contract arrangements with potential clients, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and profitability standards.
- Craft and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and marketing materials that effectively communicate the advantages of our EV charging solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activities, and market dynamics to guide strategic planning and enhance business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Exceptional sales and interpersonal capabilities.
- Proven experience in account management and business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of DC fast charging technology, including hardware specifications.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and lead new projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of the electric vehicle industry and the DC fast charging market.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
