As a global leader in display technology, TCL North America is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sr. Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our Digital Signage/Enterprise Solutions business in North America. This role is pivotal in driving growth by spearheading strategic sales initiatives and penetrating a new market for TCL North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the digital signage/enterprise solutions team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product development and market demand.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the digital signage/enterprise solutions market, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to executive leadership on progress and performance.
Requirements
  • At least 8+ years of experience in sales within the digital signage/enterprise solutions industry.
  • Proven knowledge of digital signage solutions, commercial displays (LCD, LED), video walls, interactive displays, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with AV integration, content management systems (CMS), and signage hardware and software.
