**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting efforts, hiring, onboarding, and general HR tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Recruiting Support**: Assist with drafting job descriptions, posting roles on our applicant tracking system, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate phone screens.
  • **Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • **Event Participation**: Attend industry conferences, networking events, and career fairs to identify and attract top talent.
  • **Database Management**: Maintain and update the candidate database, conducting periodic check-ins to cultivate potential future hires.
  • **Project Assistance**: Complete various projects as assigned by the HR Director and local office leaders.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree required.
  • **Experience**: Previous human resources, sales, or administrative experience is preferred, demonstrating adaptability and a quick learning ability.
  • **Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible.
  • **Professionalism**: Ability to interact professionally in diverse business and social settings.
