Core Responsibilities:

Recruitment Duties:

  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to draw in exceptional candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, which includes job advertising, resume evaluation, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to accurately assess their staffing requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing techniques, such as social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage prospective candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluations to ensure alignment between candidates and the organization's needs.
  • Oversee the onboarding experience for new employees, facilitating a seamless integration into the organization.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist and Recruiter, with a comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruitment and HR operations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building rapport with employees across all levels.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable and will be regarded as a significant asset.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Texas.
