Position Overview

Enhance Internal Collaborations
  • Define, refine, and implement new programs aimed at minimizing security risks.
  • Develop and iterate on lightweight tracking and reporting tools to enhance accountability and reduce operational burdens on engineering teams.
  • Engage in quarterly and annual planning for the Security PMO.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate team members and stakeholders.
  • A technical background with an understanding of SDLC, Data Security, and Privacy.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • A history of translating technical requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of implementing engineering-focused operational improvements with measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Programming experience or experience managing engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience utilizing scripting and/or AI/Automation for scaling and optimization.
  • Experience in customizing PMO standards and processes for engineering teams.
