Position Overview:

General Manager at FCM Hotels

The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding exceptional standards of customer service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. Additionally, the General Manager will ensure adherence to brand standards, cultivate strong community relationships, and enhance the hotel's visibility.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years of experience in hotel management

- Proven leadership capabilities within the hospitality sector

- Willingness to adapt to various work schedules as needed

- Dynamic personality with outstanding customer service abilities

- Skill in nurturing team members to reach their highest potential

- Competence in multitasking and resolving issues with a constructive approach

- Experience with Courtyard and Marriott brands is advantageous

- Proficiency in analyzing financial data to enhance revenue and profitability
