As an Executive Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the store, meeting or exceeding financial and sales goals, and building strong relationships with associates and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Ensure proper control of all store funds and company assets, and maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for customers and associates.
Qualifications
  • Education: College graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of store operations, excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Leadership: Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job, and ability to lead and direct others.
  • Certification: Must be accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or similar accrediting organization as a "Certified Food Safety Manager" or will be required to attend company-provided training and have the ability to achieve accreditation within the first 90 days of employment.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000, and we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes opportunities for professional development and growth.
