$80,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver presentations to prospective clients and inform them about the company's offerings in a face-to-face setting.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales goals and quotas.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to devise effective sales strategies and enhance overall performance.
- Assist in training new team members to ensure their success.
- Inform customers about the benefits of solar energy.
- No prior experience necessary; 1-2 years in sales or a related field is a Plus
- Disciplined and dedicated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
