Job Mission

As an Electronics Development Project Manager at ASML, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop and deliver complex electronics projects. Your mission will be to:

  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product development flow and electrical development team resources.
  • Create and manage project plans to ensure successful delivery of top-level program plans.
  • Manage outsourcing of development activities at co-developers.
Role and Responsibilities

The Electronics Development Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading project management of complex engineering systems.
  • Ensuring product delivery and meeting project deadlines.
  • Developing and maintaining a system understanding of electronics projects (both hardware and software).
  • Managing project resources and ensuring efficient use of time and materials.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
  • Managing project risks and issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 8+ years of relevant design and/or project management experience.
  • Experience in electronic product design (NPI) and digital logic development (FPGA).
  • Familiarity with electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong technical presentation skills and experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment

The Electronics Development Project Manager will work in a cleanroom environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves. The environment is moderate in temperature with moderate to high noise levels. The employee will occasionally be required to move around the campus and work around lasers, ladders, and chemicals.
