Job Title:

Named Account Executive

Job Summary:

WalkMe is seeking an experienced and motivated Named Account Executive to manage sales cycles and drive growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic accounts and leading a consultative sales cycle based on value-selling principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales activity and forecasting of revenue in Salesforce
  • Lead the entire sales process from introduction to close over the phone
  • Work with all levels of the target organizations, including senior executives at Enterprise accounts
  • Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quarterly quota based on annual targets
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within targeted accounts as well as existing customers
  • Present WalkMe solutions using a value-selling approach and methodology
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a preference for Microsoft experience
  • Experience closing 6-7 figure deals within Fortune 100/500
  • Experience engaging at the Executive level across an Enterprise
  • Ability to implement our value-selling methodology
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
