The NAM Secure Power Sales Effectiveness Lead is a pivotal role within the Sales Effectiveness and Operations team of the Secure Power NAM Sales Strategy & Operations organization. This position is responsible for driving efficiency and productivity through continuous sales process improvement, having a direct impact in the Secure Power NAM business.
This role plays a critical part in driving sales productivity and accelerating business growth by leading cross-functional teams leveraging advanced program management tools and strong analytics.
What will you do?
- Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership for driving predictable sales management and effectiveness.
- Utilize advanced program management skills to operationalize initiatives.
- Own and drive the development and execution of initiatives to enhance sales productivity.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives to enable sales readiness, execution, and growth.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for driving sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Support the existing sales management system through process and digital tools in collaboration with NAM Commercial Operations.
- Travel 30% across NAM
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- A four-year degree and 10+ years of Sales Operations or related experience; a master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and territory planning.
- Experience in large industrial or technology corporations leading operational improvement cross-functional efforts.
- Strong communication and relationship skills at all levels.
- Flexibility to adjust course to achieve objectives and exceed goals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and data analytics skills.
- Strong business acumen and a process-oriented mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong time management skills
