**About the Role**

Edventure More is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring that our programs and services meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including district and community partners.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all partners, maintaining regular communication to foster strong relationships and address any issues or concerns.
  • Partnership Development
    • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen existing partnerships and increase revenue growth.
  • Program Operation and Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our programs, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards and meet the needs of our partners and clients.
    • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure that our programs and services are aligned with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities
    • Manage and supervise a team of Senior Program Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operations and partnership satisfaction.
  • Project Management
    • Lead project management duties for each partnership assigned, outlining deliverables and holding all parties accountable for meeting deadlines.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement
    • Monitor and evaluate the success of partnership initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role or related field, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate with partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing partner relations, tracking performance measures, and ensuring that partner needs are met.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
