Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day business needs of partners, including monthly reporting, program implementation, troubleshooting, issue resolution, technical matters, and client communication.
  • Serve as a partner expert and advocate internally, providing support for partner initiatives to optimize revenue and improve processes.
  • Facilitate program enhancements and expansion, ensuring contractual obligations are met and service levels are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, championing client initiatives and driving successful completion.
  • Manage technology issues and solutions that impact partner success and customer experience, communicating revenue optimization plans and results to clients.
  • Provide client invoicing, reporting, and compensation, including issues management, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Monitor contractual service levels for assigned partners, conduct onsite partner training, and support Sales teams to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Develop project plans and workflow, facilitate internal and external project team meetings, and serve as a liaison between partners and their internal stakeholder teams.
  • Monitor and maintain partner renewal schedules, participate in partner meetings, business reviews, and roadmap discussions, and coordinate partner visits.
  • Perform research and analysis in conjunction with the Sales staff, including partner data, historical information, and trend analyses, and support preparation of business reviews and strategic planning meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three (3) years of client management experience.
