Role Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead initiatives in business development and capture across various federal sectors. Your enthusiasm for business growth and analytical skills will be pivotal in propelling our company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal landscape, leveraging existing relationships to generate qualified leads.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research using tools to evaluate potential business opportunities, including customer budgets and competitive landscapes.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges.
  4. Capture Management: Lead capture efforts, including opportunity reviews and competitive analysis, to enhance our chances of success.
  5. Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline through all phases, from identification to capture.
  6. Strategic Planning: Collaborate on business planning activities, providing insights and updates on tracked opportunities.
  7. Proposal Development: Transition efforts to ensure the creation of compliant and competitive proposals.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and over 10 years of experience in business development, particularly within the federal IT sector. A proven track record of securing new business contracts valued at $25M or more is essential.

Applicants should demonstrate expertise in navigating competitive environments and possess a deep understanding of various contract types and pricing strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
