Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Front Office team as a Front Office Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Guest Services, including managing a team of Guest Services staff, analyzing financial reports, and driving revenue growth. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing nametags. Comply with Highgate Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions. Monitor proper operation of the P.B.X. console and ensure employees maintain Highgate Hotel S.O.P.'s in its use. Implement all Highgate Hotel policies and house rules. Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
