The Front Desk Supervisor role at Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our front desk team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the front desk team to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective problem-solving
- Manage front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, phone etiquette, and cash handling procedures
- Train staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain Hilton brand standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a front desk supervisor
- 2+ years experience in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
