**About the Job
Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is a national hospitality management company that has been serving the industry for over 30 years. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be part of a team that operates hotels across many states and among several brands, including Marriott and Hilton.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Front Office team as a Front Desk Supervisor. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Desk supervisor and a minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Front Desk policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Provide constant support for our Front Desk team.
- Responsible for training Front Desk staff to provide outstanding customer service and hospitality.
- Supervising staff and all Front Desk activities including check-ins and check-outs, phone etiquette, handling high balances, and maintaining inventory in our gift shop.
- Act as a liaison between departments and ensure proper communication takes place with the Front Desk.
- Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the Front Office and Front Desk managers.
- Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
- Resolving escalated customer complaints in a swift, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Verify Front Desk bank and ensure all transactions are following proper cash handling procedures.
- Follow Hilton brand standards for 2 Hilton brands.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Desk supervisor.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality field.
- Ability to work both AM and PM shifts.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Good leadership and training abilities.
