Job Overview

Bartell Hotels, a CALP, seeks an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the front desk staff, ensuring efficient and friendly service to guests.
  • Manage room assignments, check-in/check-out processes, and handle guest inquiries.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of room availability, guest accounts, and reservations.
  • Process payments, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
