Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Relief Desk Agent/Front Office Supervisor at Comfort Inn & Suites SFO Airport North. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests.


This role involves registering and processing guests during arrival and departure, demonstrating telephone courtesy and professionalism, and attentively listening to guests to anticipate their additional needs or concerns. The position also requires maintaining a clean and professional appearance in public areas and the hotel office, employing appropriate selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy, and completing daily management operations reports.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage stressful situations with composure and professionalism.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
