Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is a vital position at Excel Hotel Group, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a professional and courteous demeanor, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and providing information on hotel services and amenities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes guests with a friendly and prompt greeting.
  • Registers guests, issues room keys, and provides information on hotel services and room location.
  • Ensures accurate processing of cash and credit card transactions, adhering to established procedures.
  • Issues, controls, and releases guest safe-deposit boxes.
  • Communicates guest requests or issues to management, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Responds to guest complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software, including hotel management systems.
