Front Desk Supervisor Lead

Become part of our dynamic team at Best Western San Diego Miramar as a Hotel Operations Manager This role involves leading the front desk team, supporting the General Manager, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Spearhead hotel operational processes, including guest services and administrative duties.
- Lead and train front office staff, oversee meal services, and schedule shifts.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient front desk, deliver top-notch customer service, and manage mail distribution.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and manage inventory and supplies effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in hotels or similar environments.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic computer software and hotel management systems.
