Business Development Representative Role

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and a generous PTO policy.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales leads to drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate relationships with existing customers to increase sales and upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in sales or business development.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- Experience selling software as a service (SAAS) in addition to hardware is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
