Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
- Establish strong customer relationships and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities. Additionally, you can enjoy paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), valuable experience, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agency.
Requirements:- A Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- A Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to customers
