Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to enhance our business development efforts. This role is crucial for driving our growth trajectory and expanding our market presence in the space and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
1.

Formulate and execute strategic business development initiatives aimed at enhancing market penetration and driving revenue growth.

2.

Build and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders, including government entities, clients, and potential collaborators.

3.

Identify and evaluate new business prospects while conducting thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

4.

Oversee the sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

5.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings based on market insights and customer feedback.

6.

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients and partners.

7.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics and business development activities to inform strategic decisions.



Qualifications:
1.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

2.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role, preferably within a pre-Series B startup environment.

3.

Experience collaborating with government agencies and familiarity with the space and defense sectors.

4.

A proven history of successful product sales and managing business development initiatives in a startup context.

5.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

6.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.

7.

Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

8.

Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales management tools.

9.

Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements and industry events.
