The Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will leverage their expertise in AssuredPartners' P&C offerings and resources to cultivate new connections with P&C agents/brokers and enhance existing relationships to boost submissions, optimize the use of cross-company solutions, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, this individual will play a key role in establishing best practices for developing broker relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine utilization metrics to pinpoint growth opportunities and collaborate with internal producers to formulate growth strategies with their agencies.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of AssuredPartners' P&C offerings to assist prospective and current customers/agents in identifying and connecting with the appropriate internal resources for their requirements.
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries and newly appointed agents, providing assistance to customers seeking general information or future business connections.
  • Apply an understanding of the full spectrum of AssuredPartners' capabilities to cross-sell to independent agents.
  • Facilitate the segmentation of agents for targeted communications and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Employ agency production systems and marketing CRM to access and update essential agent/broker information.
  • Collaborate with internal AssuredPartners agencies and/or Producers to identify and implement strategies for expanding agency relationships.
  • Develop and disseminate resources to enhance internal communications regarding market appetites, expertise, etc., for internal producers.
  • Represent AssuredPartners' products/programs at external events to create a positive, in-person brand-building experience.
  • Ensure compliance while managing insurance inquiries and data collection.
  • Promote sales best practices and successes internally.
  • Travel is required, including overnight stays.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years in commercial property & casualty insurance sales or a significant role in production support within an agency, brokerage, wholesale, or MGU.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all lines of commercial insurance with demonstrated expertise in evaluating diverse commercial ACORD forms.
  • Familiarity with online raters and/or production management systems utilized in insurance; CRM experience is a plus.
  • P&C Insurance License is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient presenter with experience in delivering presentations in various formats (in-person, phone, webinar, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of production management systems used in insurance.
  • Collaborative with a proactive mindset.
  • General knowledge of all lines of commercial P&C insurance and wholesale distribution.

Compensation:

The starting target salary for this position is competitive and will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location. Remote work environment flexibility is available.
