**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Rep-Lite. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, support and coach sales representatives, and enhance performance.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promote sales, and deliver impactful presentations.
- Market Presence: Represent Rep-Lite at trade shows and conventions, promoting our products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree required - degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or Sales would be an asset. Minimum of 5 years of experience required within medical sales, preferred experience in EMS. (Paramedic training/education is also accepted with a minimum work experience of 8 years.)
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; HubSpot CRM is a plus. Manufacturer sales experience is beneficial.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player. Willing to travel with a valid driver's license.
